Role Overview
AlgoEclipse Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, optimise sales processes, and strengthen client acquisition within the retail algorithmic trading market.
This role is responsible for developing structured sales frameworks, managing inbound and outbound pipelines, and ensuring that customer engagement aligns with the company’s professional and compliance-conscious brand positioning. The successful candidate will balance commercial ambition with disciplined, transparent communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy aligned with revenue targets.
Manage inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Conduct consultations with prospective clients, clearly communicating product structure and risk considerations.
Refine sales scripts, onboarding processes, and conversion frameworks.
Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, revenue per client, and acquisition cost.
Coordinate with marketing to optimise lead quality and funnel performance.
Ensure all sales communications comply with applicable financial promotion standards.
Identify partnership opportunities and referral channels within the trading ecosystem.
Contribute to long-term commercial planning and growth strategy.
Basic Requirements
3+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Demonstrated experience managing structured sales pipelines and CRM systems.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical or financial products clearly and professionally.
Experience working in performance-driven environments with measurable targets.
Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
Preferred Requirements
Experience selling fintech, SaaS, trading software, or financial products.
Familiarity with algorithmic trading, MetaTrader ecosystems, or retail FX markets.
Understanding of compliance considerations in financial product promotion.
Experience building or leading a small sales team.
Data-driven approach to sales optimisation and forecasting.
